excellent stay

helpful staff clean room safe location

I found the front desk staff very helpful and courteous. their english was good. the housekeeping staff maintained the room clean daily and were very polite. i appreciated that the hotel location felt safe. It was close to restaurants and within walking distance of shopping malls.

the bed felt a bit old because it was two beds pushed together.

the beautiful double room provided a comfortable space. the room included a tv for entertainment. a good bed ensured restful nights (i slept really well).

The gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet offered tasty choices and fresh products each morning. the pool on the roof was a highlight. I enjoyed swimming there.

The location was convenient to many places. The room was clean and neat. The staff members were friendly.

The shower and sink clogged up. Breakfast did not have much choice. A bar outside the hotel played music very loudly.

great location helpful staff excellent service

Mr. Tum served the swimming pool area very well. Mr Nong was also very helpful. The location is close to Big C and Terminal 21. Massage shops and restaurants are VERY close.

The walkie-talkies used by staff could be quieter. They sometimes disrupt sleep.

slow draining loud music

The shower and sink DRAINED slowly, it was quite inconvenient. Breakfast lacked variety. I also found the nearby bar's music quite loud. It disrupted the peace. The noise was a constant nuisance, especially in the evenings. I think management should address this issue with the bar owner.

The rooms had a balcony, though the view was average. Proximity to the beach was a plus. The room included a good wardrobe. Staff members were always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was varied and satisfying.

Some towels had stains.

The reception staff were very polite and helpful (Beam, Benne, and Aon are especially noteworthy). Housekeeping provided excellent service. Staff were always willing to help guests and always smiling.

The buffet breakfast provided a fair choice. The breakfast was good (especially the pancakes!). Breakfast catered to many tastes. Breakfast was satisfying and diverse.
